Dr. Krulewitz office is conveniently located just west of the Ft. Apache/ W. Russell Rd. corner. Just 1 block west off the Russell Rd.exit on the 215. It is in a complex of single story buildings. The suite is 150 and is on the south side of the building. Ample parking and handicap access. The Boulder City office is located on Adams Blvd. in front of the Boulder City Hospital. Since this is a satellite office, Dr. Krulewitz is in Dr. Kessler's office on Thursday mornings.
Dr. Krulewitz provides a full service of podiatric need. We offer a stimulating whirlpool message to all of our patients (Vegas Office). We are a provider for most insurance companies.
